Depending how the light catches it. So when you're looking at the pen, the part closest to you is blue, the sides are purple. But as you turn the pen around, that stays true - the blue is always facing you, and if you turn the pen away, it's all purple. Weird, but we like it.

Simple but interesting design, making for a very practical pen. Uses standard 'Parker-style' G2 refills, so you'll always have plenty of choices available.
